HAP believes that a happy, healthy family thrives when they have a safe home to call their own. Our housing services help prevent homelessness, provides rental assistance and supports first time home buyers.
Emergency Housing Services
Our emergency housing services helps immigrants and refugees secure affordable, safe rental housing or to provide temporary financial assistance to prevent the threat of homelessness. HAP accomplishes this through intensive one-on-one supportive services where participants receive culturally and linguistically appropriate intensive housing case management, financial literacy and supportive services.
For over 20 years, we have worked to educate, inform, and empower our clients to make the process of first-time home buying easier. We understand that navigating through all the paperwork and knowing your rights when it comes to buying your first home can be confusing and overwhelming. That is why HAP conducts housing counseling services, both in one-on-one and group training meetings, with prospective first-time home buyers. We work with you to build financial literacy and prepurchase home buyer skills through education sessions.
Do you need housing assistance of are you thinking about becoming a homeowner?
