In 2010, the public computer center at Hmong American Partnership (HAP), located at 1075 Arcade Street, received 12 new computers, business-class Internet access, new furnishings, and the ability to offer specific computer classes with formal one-on-one and group instruction as part of a partnership with the University of Minnesota's Broadband Access Project (BAP). The computer center at HAP is on the second floor and is open to the public with services aimed at adults.

Computer users can learn:

• How to open an email account
• How to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• How to create a website
• How to look for jobs and create a resume
• And much more
