Chemical Health Service Programs
HAP provides Chemical Health assessment services to the Hmong community as well as other English-speaking clients.
The ASUDS-R (Adult Substance Use and Driving Survey – Revised) is a 123 item psychometric-based, self-report, differential screening instrument, designed and normed for impaired driving offenders. The ASUD –R is a tool that is only used on DWI offenders to determine which level of Driving with Care they will need:
- Driving With Care I - 6 sessions, $180
- Driving With Care II - 12 sessions, $360 if paid in full up front ($375 if paid in two payments)
- Rule 25 Self-paying, $125
