HAP is committed to helping our clients connect to job opportunities that will help them build towards a career that can provide for themselves and their families. We offer an array of services, ranging from employment assessments and readiness education, to job counseling and transportation, to employment placement services through the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP), Refugee Employment Services (RES) and Refugee Social Services programs (RSS). Our focus has been, and remains, the Hmong, Karen, Somali, Bhutanese and larger refugee and immigrant communities in the Twin Cities metro area.

Our program is represented by a diverse, multi-cultural, and experienced staff who are culturally sensitive to our client needs and challenges. This unique model has been recognized by the State for its ability to identify and address the employment needs of thousands of refugees and recently arrived immigrants.
