Family Community Partnership (FCP) and Family Assessment (FA)

Program Descriptions
 
FCP is a voluntary program designed to assist low income families with minor children with basic needs and information regarding community resources.  Each family enrolled in the FCP program is allowed a maximum of 16 hours of service per year.

FA is a mandatory program which directly provide a variety of support services to families working to raise children under challenging and often adverse social and economic circumstances who are referred by Ramsey County Child Protection Services and other community agencies and professionals. This program helps families improve their stability in areas such as housing, well-being, healthcare, education and employment.  Program staff provide counseling, referral to community resources and direct payments within specified amounts.

Eligibility/Criteria

FCP Eligibility:
  •   Live in Ramsey County
  •   Be at least 18 years of age and have one or more minor child
  •   Want to strengthen relationships with children and access community resources
FA Eligibility: 

Referred by Ramsey County Child Protection Services.
